Shutterfly is good, I guess, for folks who don’t know how to color balance and res their photos, but they screwed up my book of 75 pages at 11X14 inch size lay flat book only once. I like their software, but we’ll see how the quality of their books are after it gets printed. These images are compliant with their press number of lines per inch which gives you the PPI and Color balance type, so I WON’T be printing any books with Shutterfly again. Chatbooks competitors include Mixbook, Snapfish, Shutterfly and Artifact Uprising. no global control!! I produce press ready images for my books. Look at the quality ratings, and Shutterfly and some others beat it by a hair. When they reprinted my book it was better, BUT there is another enhancement they automatically apply that you can only turn off for each photo. Comparing the two that we ordered, if you’re getting just a few cards (say, about 12-15 cards), Printique and Mixbook cards cost about the same: around 1.75 each for a 5x7-inch card. PetSmart YMMV - Free photo book from Mixbook (46.99 value) + 14 shipping. They color correct every image/photo you put in their book, but you can “globally” turn that off. MyPublisher had been printing photo books since 1995, and was acquired by Shutterfly in 2013. Mixbook offers a simple online editor with countless customization options and a great variety of coupons and discounts. I had done over 30 books with MyPublisher so then tried Shutterfly for one book. MyPublisher used to be the best until Shutterfly bought them and then shut them down.
